Our technology platform uses artificial intelligence and the latest technology to analyse the inputs of the assessments. With  28 different assessment tests available, we ensure we cover a wide range of our clients’ needs.

Thabile holds a Masters in Business Administration and has a Master Neuro Linguistic Programming qualification as well as a  Teaching qualification. She is also a qualified Education and Development Specialist. During her studies, she has gained knowledge and experience in Finance, Strategic Management, Leadership Management, and education which are great eye-openers in the different work nature in the corporate space. She is currently involved in the Training and Development space which exposes her to a variety of careers as well. This benefits the clients she serves in her day-to-day work as a Certified Career Analyst and Career Counsellor. In her 22 years of experience as a Teacher and Educator, she has worked as a Career Guidance Educator and organized numerous Career expos for learners in the schools. Thabile is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, a Career Coach, and an NLP Life Coach. In her role as a Career Analyst,  she uses the knowledge and experience she has acquired to transform and change people’s lives. It is vital that an expert in a field such as this guides people to the most suitable career path. 

 Thabile is also a Whole Brain Practitioner. As a specialist in this field, she analyses different drivers that optimize brain performance. Knowing how our brain is wired and its preferences assist in knowing how to relate to each other and in what spaces our brains function at optimal performance. This comes in handy as another tool for giving a better career analysis and choice.
